The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. Basic services of the Funeral Director and Staff, and Overhead:   $1300.00

Our basic service charge includes, but is not limited to, staff to respond to initial request for services; arrangement conference with family or responsible party; preparation and filing of necessary certificates and coordination of services with cemetery or crematory, vault company and others as required. Also included in this charge are overhead expenses. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the funeral arrangements you select. This fee is already included in our charges direct cremations, immediate burials and forwarding of remains to another funeral home.

Embalming:    $495.00

Embalming is not required by law: Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements such as; a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you have the right to choose a burial or cremation within 48 hours. (Michigan law requires embalming when the cause of death is associated with certain Infectious Diseases; with very limited exceptions. Law requires embalming, when the body is not taken to its final destination such as; a cemetery or crematory, within 48 hours of the time of death.
